ImgRef Pro membership is developed by the owner of ImgRef (website: https://www.xunhuaref.cn) to provide paying users (hereinafter referred to as “you”) with paid premium membership benefits.
Please read this Agreement carefully and ensure you fully understand each provision, in particular those concerning exemption from or limitation of liability. Minors should read this Agreement accompanied by their legal guardian.
By obtaining and using ImgRef Pro membership in any form, you are deemed to have read and agreed to be bound by this Agreement. If you disagree with any provision, you may choose not to subscribe to this product.
1.Service Content
ImgRef Pro membership is a premium offering for users of ImgRef and includes various exclusive membership benefits.
The device or software version you use when accessing ImgRef may affect your ability to enjoy Pro membership benefits in full. When such circumstances arise, we may recommend that you switch devices or remind you to upgrade promptly so that you can continue to enjoy the full range of membership benefits.
The membership benefits included in ImgRef Pro membership are as described on the Pro membership introduction page published by ImgRef. ImgRef may adjust all or part of the membership benefits as its business develops. Such adjustments will be announced on the membership service page described above, and you may also contact customer service at any time for the current details of membership benefits.
2.Activation and Termination
By agreeing to this Agreement and paying the membership fee, you obtain ImgRef Pro membership (hereinafter referred to as “membership”).
Validity period of ImgRef Pro membership: calculated from the date Pro membership is activated; the specific duration can be viewed on your account page. If you renew during the validity period or otherwise extend your membership, the validity period will be extended accordingly. If you do not renew or otherwise extend your membership after it expires, ImgRef may cease to provide the corresponding membership benefits.
When activating ImgRef Pro membership, you should carefully verify account information, membership duration, fees, and other details.
Non-use of membership benefits does not constitute a waiver of your rights. However, if you violate ImgRef’s management rules or your account is abnormal, ImgRef may restrict or freeze the relevant account in accordance with its rules. In such cases, account functions and membership benefits may be limited.
3.Membership Fees and Renewal
The fee for ImgRef Pro membership is as displayed on the membership introduction page at the time of your purchase.
If you enable auto-renewal when purchasing ImgRef Pro membership, your Pro membership will renew automatically upon expiry. Before renewal, iOS/macOS will send renewal reminders, including service content, charge amount, and charge time. If you do not wish to renew or to be charged automatically, you may turn off auto-renewal before the next period’s fee is deducted.
You may disable auto-renewal through your third-party payment account or system. Typical paths:

4.Membership Account Management
Members shall comply with all rules of ImgRef, including but not limited to this Agreement and any notices and announcements issued from time to time regarding ImgRef users and ImgRef Pro membership (collectively referred to in this Agreement as “management rules”).
Disputes arising from circumstances attributable to the member are unrelated to ImgRef, and the member shall bear corresponding responsibility. If such disputes harm the lawful rights and interests of ImgRef, ImgRef may cancel the member’s membership without refunding fees already collected. ImgRef may also protect its rights and interests by lawful means.
5.Amendment of Agreement
ImgRef may amend or change the terms of this Agreement as the Internet evolves and as laws, regulations, and regulatory documents change, or as its business requires. Once the content of this Agreement changes, ImgRef will notify you by appropriate means, including but not limited to in-app prompts and announcements, as the case may be.
If you do not agree to the changes made by ImgRef to this Agreement, you may stop using ImgRef Pro membership. Continued use constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
6.Miscellaneous
If membership benefits cannot be provided normally due to force majeure or other causes beyond ImgRef’s control, ImgRef will issue timely notice and handle follow-up matters reasonably in order to minimize members’ losses.
